The customer reported that the nurse call connector had physically damage.The customer reports that the damage caused the remote alarm to sound constantly when it was connected to the remote alarm.The customer contacted product support and reported that has replaced the cpu (central processing unit) board and is calling for option codes.Provided option codes.The customer reported that the unit was in use on a patient, but there was no patient harm reported.
