Event Description
Medtronic received information that prior to the implant of this transcatheter bioprosthetic valve, while loading using this delivery catheter system (dcs), resistance was felt.The dcs appeared to have torn at the capsule.The dcs was not used inside the patient.The dcs was exchanged for a new one to completed the procedure.There was no patient involvement.
