Zoll medical corporation has received the product and will be providing a supplemental report when our investigation is completed.
 
Event Description
Complainant alleged that the device displayed a "runtime calibration failure - 1051" error message.Complainant did not indicate that there was any patient involvement in the reported malfunction.
 
Manufacturer Narrative
The device was returned to zoll medical corporation.The customer's report was observed during review of the device data logs.However, the device was put through extensive testing without duplicating the report.The smart pneumatic module board was replaced as a precaution.The device was recertified and returned to the customer.Analysis of reports of this type has not identified an increase in trend.
