It was reported that this recently implanted cardiac resynchronization therapy pacemaker (crt-p) system, exhibited intermittent crosstalk oversensing, leading to ventricular pacing inhibition greater than two seconds. It was noted the patient was asymptomatic.Technical services (ts) reviewed device data and observed intrinsic r waves and recommended troubleshooting and reprogramming options. This patient was seen in clinic later the same day.The physician eliminated the crosstalk oversensing by reprogramming ventricular sensitivity.Patient monitoring to continue. No adverse patient effects were reported. The device remains in service.
