Event Description
The patient¿s attorney alleged a deficiency against the device.The product was used for therapeutic treatment of a incisional hernia.It was reported that after implant, the patient experienced hernia recurrence, mesh detachment, adhesions, hematoma, abscess, and open draining wound.Post-operative patient treatment included revision surgery.

The patient¿s attorney alleged a deficiency against the device.The product was used for therapeutic treatment of a incisional hernia.It was reported that after implant, the patient experienced pain, discomfort, inflammation, impairment, mental pain, disability, loss of enjoyment of life, defective device, mesh failure, hernia recurrence, mesh detachment, adhesions, hematoma, abscess, and open draining wound.Post-operative patient treatment included mesh revision, and revision surgery.
