Event Description
Information was received from a patient who was implanted with an implantable neurostimulator (ins).It was reported that the patient was tackled and their stimulator has stopped working properly.Out of the 11 different modes, only one works correctly.When the patient uses the other settings it will work for a very short time them shock them with a burst of power.It was later reemphasized that the stimulation unit isn't working correctly anymore and it is shocking them.

Event Description
The patient reported that they had x-rays done which determined that the leads had not moved.They still do not know why it is shocking still.The unit still works normal on only one settings out of 12.11 of the settings continue to shock the patient.The patient was told to only use the working settings until it is resolved.
