Event Description
The healthcare professional reported the patient had the device implanted 2 days ago and was discharged the same day.The next day the patient started experiencing sharp pain at implant site along with right leg weakness, difficulty ambulating, urinary incontinence, nausea and tenderness to the touch.The patient was taken to hospital via ambulance and they are wanting to do an mri thoracic and lumbar.
