Information was received from a patient (pt) regarding an implantable neurostimulator (ins). The reason for call was pt said that when they try to change their stimulation, they were seeing the settings not available screen.Pt also said that their device was going into mri mode and turning off their stimulation.Reviewed that the pt could try to bring all of their stimulation down to zero and then try to increase the stimulation but they have the chance of getting stuck down on zero.Pt said they had tried everything the book told them to do to troubleshoot the setting not available screen and the issue was not resolved. The issue was not resolved. The patient was redirected to their healthcare provider (hcp) to further address the issue.Pt mentioned they have cancer in their lung and were already trying to get in touch with their hcp. no symptoms/patient complications reported.
