|
Information was received from a patient via manufacturer representative who was implanted with an implantable neurostimulator (ins) for non-malignant pain and other pain indications - other.It was reported that the patient stated they were pushed from behind about a month ago and ins stopped working.Impedances all above 40,000.He will be scheduled for pocket/lead revision.

Additional information rec'd from the rep indicated that the ins is working.The patient was pushed in the back and as a result his impendence's went out.He is being scheduled for a lead revision.

Additional information received from the manufacturer representative reported that the patient was scheduled for surgery today, they tested impedances today and saw >40,000 ohms.They opened access patient's device and removed lead from ins and reinserted it and checked impedances.Impedances were still showing >40,000 ohms on all contacts.They removed and reinserted again then tried lead into wens where impedances still showed >40,000 ohms.Rep stated lead was replaced today.Rep stated that issue started about end of (b)(6) or beginning of (b)(6) 2021.Per rep, everything is working with new lead.
