Event Description
Customer's wife reported via phone call that customer visited hospital on unknown date due to unknown low blood glucose level.The current blood glucose level of customer was 130 mg/dl.It was found that customer was using the insulin pump system within 48 hours of reported low blood glucose event.It was known that customer had experienced symptom related with low blood glucose level including weakness, tired and sleepy.Customer was treated with food.Insulin pump had passed displacement verification test and self test.Customer stated that normal insulin was dripping or squirting from end of infusion set before connecting at their site.The programming of insulin pump was accurate.The insulin pump will not be returned for analysis.
