The following information is alleged: the patient received a gunther tulip inferior vena cava (ivc) filter on (b)(6) 2009.Multiple struts of the patients' filter perforated through the ivc.The perforations abut the aorta, duodenum, and l3 vertebral body.

|
Patient allegedly received an implant on (b)(6) 2009 via the right femoral vein due to recurrent thrombophlebitis, protein c and protein s deficiency.The patient alleges vena cava perforation with abutment of other organs.Patient further alleges one prong abutting the aorta, a second prong abuts the duodenum, a third prong abuts the l3 vertebral body, anxiety, worry, fear, limited mobility, depression, and post implant blood clots.
