Event Description
Information received by medtronic indicated that the inpen pump had lead screw anomaly. Customer stated inpen was not dispensing insulin as they tried dialing up process. Customer stated screw was not moving as intended. No harm requiring medical intervention was reported. The inpen will be returned for analysis.
