Event Description
Device report from synthes reports an event in (b)(6) as follows: it was reported that, there was a severe reaction after arthrodesis surgery and a revision required due to the inflammatory reaction.Patient is allergic to valadium chloride.A medical information request is being submitted to verify, if the plate contains this.Initial surgery was done on (b)(6) 2019.Products part of the family wrist fusion plate lcp titanium.This report is for one (1) ti lcp wrist fusion standard bend plate.This is report 1 of 3 for complaint (b)(4).
