Event Description
|
It was reported that the day after the implant procedure, the patient had an increase in myocardial deviation enzyme.A coronary artery angiography (cag) was performed and an occlusion of the artery near the side helix of the left ventricular (lv) lead was observed. It was suspected that the occlusion was caused by the side helix of the lead, so a lead revision was performed. The blood flow was restored when the side helix was disengaged and the lv lead was placed again without applying the side helix. No further patient complications have been reported as a result of this event.
