Information was received from a healthcare professional (hcp) via a clinical study regarding a patient receiving lioresal (500 mcg at 140.20284 mcg/day) via an implantable pump.It was reported that during a clinic visit, on (b)(4) 2019, the patient reported falling asleep, drowsiness, falling, and memory problems.The patient expressed concerns about the pump flipped and probably the it catheter had moved.X-ray showed catheter tip was still at c3-c4, the baclofen dose was decreased by 50%.During a clinic visit, on (b)(6) 2019, the patient did not report any problem with the baclofen pump.It was indicated the event was possibly related to the device or therapy.No actions were taken and the event resolved without sequelae on (b)(6) 2019.
