Event Description
It was reported that a rupture occurred. The 92% in-stent restenosed target lesion was located in the mildly tortuous and severely calcified right coronary artery. Following pre-dilation with a 2. 5 x 20mm balloon, the 3. 50 mm x 20. 00 mm agent dcb was introduced. However, during inflation the distal hypotube ruptured. The device was removed and the procedure completed successfully with other products. There were no patient complications.
