It was reported to philips that the battery will not charge.The remote service engineer (rse) evaluated with the assistance of the customer and confirmed that the battery will need to be replaced.Upon conclusion of the evaluation, it was determined that this was a malfunction of the battery.The customer was given part information for a replacement battery and has ordered the part.The customer was informed of part availability and will ship once the part becomes available.The device remains at the customer site and no further evaluation is required at this time.
