It was reported, that the device does not charge.There was reportedly no patient involvement.The customer requested, to return the device to the bench for evaluation and repair.The bench technician, evaluated the device.And determined, the physical damage to the handle assembly.The charging issue was not confirmed.Upon conclusion of the evaluation.It was determined, that this was a malfunction of the handle assembly, which was replaced.And the device was returned to full functionality.The device returned to the customer site.And no further evaluation is warranted at this time.
