Event Description
During the index procedure four resolute integrity drug eluting stent were implanted in the lad.Approximately 20 months post procedure patient suffered from heart failure, drug treatment was given, but approximately 34 months post procedure, patient died.The death was classified as non-sudden cardiac death.
