It was reported when using the bd insyte-n vialon-e 24ga x 0.56in, the device experienced foreign matter within the device.The following information was provided by the initial reporter.The customer stated: this is a report about foreign matter of insyte-n vialon.During the inspection before use at the customer's side, fm was found.
