Event Description
Information received by medtronic indicated that the insulin pump was over delivering.No harm requiring medical intervention was reported.The device will not be returned for analysis.
 
Event Description
Customer went to hypoglycemia due to sensor glucose and blood glucose differences.The blood glucose value was 2.5 mmol/l and sensor glucose value was 14.7 mmol/l.Customer¿s blood glucose value at the time of call was 5 mmol/l.Customer woke up at 4 am from coma.Customer was using the same insulin for a long time now.Troubleshooting was performed and insulin pump was programmed accurately and reservoir was showing the same amount of insulin as shown on the status screen.
