Event Description
It was reported that stent foreshortening occurred.The 90% stenosed target lesion was located in the severely calcified and moderately tortuous left main artery.A 3.00 x 38 synergy drug-eluting stent was advanced for treatment and deployed.After post-dilation, the stent foreshortened.No patient complications were reported.
