Event Description

The customer reported via phone call that they visited emergency medical services due to high blood glucose. The customer¿s blood glucose level was 600 mg/dl at the time of incident. Customers current blood glucose was unknown. The customer experienced symptoms such as tiredness or weakness and shaking at the time of high blood glucose event. The customer was treated high blood glucose with insulin pump and visited to emergency medical services. Customer had been using insulin pump system within 48 hours of reported high blood glucose event. The customer was not using auto mode at the time of incident. Troubleshooting was performed. The insulin pump will not be returned for analysis. No further patient complications were reported.
