Event Description

The customer' family member reported via phone call that customer experienced high and low blood glucose on (b)(6) 2022. The blood glucose reading was 400 mg/dl. The customer alleged over delivery. The blood glucose level was 40 mg/dl. The customer was taken to emergency medical services. The current blood glucose was 237 mg/dl. The customer had been using insulin pump system within 48 hours of reported low blood glucose event. Customer was treated with food. Customer feels okay to troubleshoot. The customer will continue to use the product.
