Event Description
Information was received from multiple sources (manufacturer representative, healthcare provider) regarding a patient who was receiv ing gablofen (2000mcg/ml) via an implantable pump for intractable spasticity and cerebral palsy. It was reported that the patient had scar tissue forming around the catheter so it was replaced and a new segment was placed. It was noted the issue was resolved.
