Event Description
Information was received from a healthcare provider via manufacturer's representative regarding a patient receiving morphine via an implanted pump. The indication for use was non-malignant pain. It was reported that a pocket revision is being done today and they plan to move the pump to the other side of the body because the pump has been flipping. The issue was not resolved through troubleshooting.
