Event Description
Medtronic received information reporting that a patient underwent a thrombectomy procedure with a solitaire x stent retriever a react-68 catheter.Nihss was 13.Subarachnoid hemorrhage infarct mass effect was noted in 24-hour post-op computed tomography (ct) imaging on (b)(6) 2022.The event was determined to be possibly related to the procedure, the solitaire, and the react-68 catheter.The event was not considered life-threatening and did not result in patient disability or prolonged hospitalization.The event was noted to be resolved on (b)(6) 2022 without additional intervention.Additional information received reported the patient had a deterioration in nihss score of 27 at follow-up on (b)(6) 2022.It was noted in the same report that the patient was asymptomatic and the event was resolved on (b)(6) 2022.

Additional information received reported site denied there was neurological decline, "just severe dysphagia and dysarthria." the hem orrhage was considered asymptomatic.Nihss was 13 at baseline.
