According to the reporter, the patient passed away at the end of (b)(6) 2022.Later during inspection of the device at the technical support center on (b)(6) 2022 the unit was found to have a broken jog dial and lcd mounting tab.The patient death is not device related.

According to the reporter, the unit had broken jog dial and lcd mounting tab and was recalled.The patient passed away at the end of (b)(6) 2022.The patient death is not device related.The ventilator use was terminated because the patient passed away.There was no allegation against the ventilator in relation to the patient death.
