Event Description
It was reported that the customer experienced a low blood glucose (bg) level of 32 mg/dl resulting in a fall, bruising hands and "puncture wound on back of left hand".Reportedly customer required assistance from spouse in getting up after fall and provided carbohydrates consumed to address bg.Recommendation was made to consult with a healthcare provider to discuss diabetes management.
