Event Description
|
Information was received from a healthcare provider regarding a patient who was receiving unknown baclofen (did not ask mcg/ml at did not ask mcg/day) via an implantable pump for intractable spasticity.It was reported that the healthcare provider (hcp) stated there were multiple pump motor stall alarms.The patient has not had an mri.The pump stalled on april 2nd and recovered an hour later, stalled on 6/29 for 30 minutes and recovered and stalled again today and recovered within 6 minutes.

Additional information received from the company representative indicated that the pump was explanted due to the motor stalls.
