Event Description
Device report from depuy synthes reports an event in portugal as follows: it was reported that implants were not delivered for the surgery, which had an impact on the patient because the patient was anesthetized when there was a lack of implants.Surgery could not be performed.Surgery was canceled and the patient was awaken.The new surgery was rescheduled for the (b)(6) 2022 and everything went as normal without any impact for the patient.This report is for one (1) 4.5mm ti cortex screw self-tapping 52mm.This is report 6 of 14 for complaint (b)(4).
