Event Description
It was reported that the patient had high impedances on their right side and paresthesia in their left hand after testing on november 02, 2015.Plots 8, 9, 10, and 11 had high impedances until 4v.Plot 8 and 9 before were around 1000 ohms.The patient was reprogrammed but the outcome was not known.

Event Description
Additional information was received: it was reported that the right lead was found to be the cause of the high impedances.The event was not yet complete and the reprogramming on november 02, 2015 was the only action taken.

Event Description
Additional information was received: it was reported that plot 9 had the best impedances with 960 ohms on (b)(6) 2021.The preoperative impedances showed normal on plot 8 which was not the case at the time of consultation on (b)(6) 2022.There were problems on plots 10 and 11.The stimulated plot 8 worked well.They were reprogrammed but no further action would be taken or planned.
