Information was received from a patient who was implanted with an implantable neurostimulator (ins) for unknown indications for use.The reason for call was pt reported they turned their intensity of their ins from 7 to 5 because the stimulation was too intense, but they noted when they removed their pt programmer, their stimulation would increase back to 7 without the pt changing their intensity since probably 2 days ago.Pt noted their pt programmer said "mobile" when standing and sitting.Pt noted when they laid down they would be fine.Pt noted they didn't take long to charge their ins and they think their stimulation was off for a while.Patient services specialist (pss) had the pt unlock their pt programmer and confirmed their stimulation was on.Pt saw the position as "upright" and they never saw that position.Pt decreased their stimulation and noted they could feel their stimulation decrease, but on ce they remove the pt programmer their stimulation would increase.Pss had the pt attempt to switch their group, but they couldn't.The issue was not resolved. The patient was redirected to their healthcare provider to further address the issue.
