Event Description
It was reported that device recorded a code 1003 indicative of battery voltage too low for the projected remaining capacity.Boston scientific technical services (ts) then suggested saving to programmer hard drive for data analysis.In addition, the patient heard the device beeping.Further, this device was explanted.No additional adverse patient effects were reported.
