Event Description
It was reported that capture could not be confirmed on the left ventricular (lv) lead during effective cardiac resynchronization therapy (crt) episodes.It was noted that lv lead capture threshold measurements were trending up and variable on lead trends.It was also noted that the right ventricular (rv) lead capture threshold measurements were variable on lead trends.It was further reported that the patient presented to the emergency department with complaint of chest pain, trouble breathing and a high heart rate at home.The lv lead and rv lead remain in use.No further patient complications have been reported as a result of this event.
 
Event Description
It was further reported that the lv lead outputs were increased and that the rv lead was tested and appeared stable.
