Event Description
It was reported that catheter entrapment occurred.A 2.25mm x 15mm nc emerge balloon catheter was advanced for dilatation.However, the device became stuck with the non-boston scientific guidewire.Both the catheter and the guide wire were removed as a single unit.The procedure was completed with a different device.There were no patient complications nor injuries reported.
