Event Description
According to the reporter, prior to use, the device had system error with notification of high temperature (¿blanket overheat¿ and ¿system error¿ error message). there was no patient involvement.

According to the reporter, prior to use, the device had overheating and system error with notification of high temperature (¿blanket overheat¿ and ¿system error¿). after appear of warning , the engineer turned off or manually shut down the device.There was no patient involvement.
