Event Description

Information was received from a patient (pt) regarding an implantable neurostimulator (ins). The reason for call was caller reported they did not see their groups a or b in the dbs therapy application.Caller stated today was the first day they noticed as today the patient was real bouncy on the left side, and when they couldn't seem to adjust it right, they went to switch and saw group a and b were missing, but that they were not sure how long the groups actually had been missing. The caller stated they would see the home screen in the dbs therapy application, saw therapy was on, and could go into "my therapy." the caller stated left side was at 1.6, and right at 1.7.The caller stated the adjustment ability was set that the right could not go any lower, but the left could go as low as it wanted to go (1.0), which was odd because it had never been able to do that before. The caller stated they had an appointment with their hcp maybe a month ago.The patient was redirected to their healthcare provider to further address the issue.
