It was reported that on an unknown date in 2022, a revision of a humerus shaft fracture was scheduled to be performed on (b)(6) 2022.The current hardware are unknown 3.5mm lcp plates, and will be removed and new plates and screws implanted.No patient information was provided.No additional information is available.This report is for an unk - plate: 3.5 mm lcp.This is report 3 of 3 for (b)(4).
