Event Description
Information was received from healthcare provider (hcp) via a manufacturer representative regarding a generator.It was reported that the surgeon claimed there was necrosis of the skin surrounding the muscles near the knee of four patients and he claimed that it came from the generator.There was no further information regarding the resolution of the event.
