Event Description
It was reported that the patient was seen at the clinic for a routine visit.The physician ordered an mri for the patient to look at lead placement and review for any pathology like a stroke.There were no extra-axial fluid collections.Edema around the left dbs lead was unchanged when compared with previous mri on (b)(6) 2022.The patient returned to the clinic for three months during the visit.The edema issue had been resolved.
