It was reported by a sales rep that during a shoulder repair procedure on (b)(6) 2022, it was observed that the back of the vapr vue wireless footswitch device was coming off.According to the report, the bottom was attached by one screw but the rest were off.During in-house engineering evaluation, it was determined that the device was broken/fractured.There were no adverse patient consequences nor surgical delay reported.No additional information was provided.
