It was reported that this subcutaneous implantable cardioverter defibrillator (s-icd) was part of a system revision due to wound dehiscence and infection.Reportedly, the patient had bleeding issue and the wound was cleaned and resutured.There were no additional adverse patient effects reported.All available information indicated that the s-icd remains in service.
