Event Description
It was reported that the patient received a shock from the cardiac resynchronization therapy defibrillator (crt-d).The shock appeared to induce atrial tachycardia (at)/ atrial fibrillation (af) episode.The crt-d remains in use.No further patient complications have been reported as a result of this event.

Event Description
It was further reported that the patient was admitted to the hospital the day they received the shock.It was determined that the shock was appropriate and it was confirmed that the shock induced at/af.It was further reported that intervention was performed.
