|
Information was received from a manufacturer representative (rep) regarding a patient who was receiving unknown drug via an implantable pump for unknown indications for use.It was reported that the patient's pump was locked.The pump was explanted on (b)(6) 2022.

Additional information received from a company representative (rep) reported the notify date and initial reported.It was reported the physician had been unable to push drug into the pump during a refill and claimed the pump had been locked.They attempted to pull air out of the pump, but was unable to refill after multiple attempts.
