Patient was revised due to loosening of the femoral and tibial tray at the cement to implant interface.Cement manufacturer is unknown.This patient has a left total sigma knee.It is unknown when the knee was done.The femoral component has subsided.The surgeon revised these components.The patella was well fixed and retained.Doi: unknown.Dor: (b)(6) 2022.Affected side: left knee.
