Event Description
|
Information received by medtronic indicated that the customer reported that the insulin pump was vibrating and lights are blinking but the screen doesn't come on even pressing of any button.No further details were provided.Troubleshooting was not performed. no harm requiring medical intervention was reported.The customer will discontinue the use of the device.The pump will be returned for analysis.
