Event Description
It was reported that the right atrial (ra) lead exhibited high impedance and the patient was experiencing heart block.An x-ray was performed and showed that the ra lead was not engaged all the way through the cardiac resynchronization therapy defibrillator (crt-d) header.A revision procedure was performed.During the revision the ra lead did not come out of the header when pulled, it did not move.The ra lead was reengaged in the crt-d header with a wrench kit and the device measurements were stable afterwards.
