Event Description
It was reported that the patient expired during the night post-cardiac resynchronization therapy pacemaker (crt-p) system implant.The death was not thought to be product-related though the cause of death is unknown. additional information was requested but not obtained.

Event Description
It was further reported that the cause of death was determined to be cardiac arrest.It was also reported that the patient was admitted to the hospital due to syncope, bradycardia and non-st-elevation myocardial infarction (nstemi), and they declined an ischemic work up.
