It was reported during a patient infusion of levophed with an unknown access set, blood was visible in the tubing, specified as "blood returns to the tubing, displays flow and the remaining volume solute (solution) does not perfuse".It was further reported the patient experienced hypotension ¿tam ad 47¿.At the time of this report, the patient outcome was not reported.No additional information is available.
